Receipt book, 1758-1767.

Contains receipts for amounts owed to and rendered by Treadwell for business transactions. Only occasional entries include references to specific goods and most of those are limited to tea and rum. One of the more interesting entries notes that on March 4, 1761, Treadwell paid Edward Hilton 100 pounds for a "house frame." The volume documents Treadwell's relationship with other prominent Portsmouth families, including members of the Wentworth, Langdon, Moffat, and Adams families.
